If you would prefer to order your items online and not in-store there are multiple delivery options for you to pick from. UK standard delivery is £4.99 and your items will be delivered in 3-5 working days, for express delivery you need to order before 7 pm Sunday-Friday and you will receive your order within 1 to 2 days this is £6.99, their next day delivery needs to be ordered before 7 pm Sunday-Friday and will arrive the next day this is also £6.99. If you would prefer to pick up your ordered items you can choose the click and collect delivery option which will deliver your items to your chosen store within 5 to 7 days of purchase this is £4.99 and you will need your order number, your unique delivery code and a form of ID such as a debit card, passport, drivers license to collect your items. Please note that if somebody is picking up your items for you they will need the two order numbers as well as either your form of identification or their form of identification if they share the same last name as you.
If you are unhappy with a product you bought in-store you can return it to any store with your receipt as proof of purchase. Note that some items are not returnable for hygiene reasons, your items do not need to be in the original packaging but they do need to be in a sellable condition for you to receive a full refund.
