Complaining online about an in-store experience

Go to the tell Sainsbury’s website here and search for the store you wish to leave a comment about, you can also find your store number by looking at the receipt you received from the store, underneath where the products you have bought are listed there should be a number that looks like this ‘S00657’ the store number, in this case, would be ‘657’ ignore the ‘S0’. After you have entered a store you will be asked to enter the date and time of your experience, what type of checkout you used (if any) and how likely you would be to recommend the store to a friend or family member on a scale of 1-10. You will then be asked what you think could be improved and what was good about your experience if anything, these two questions are optional. If you would like to be contacted by Sainsbury’s about your feedback you are given the option to tick a box, you should be contacted within 5 working days and Sainsbury’s may use your nectar customer details if you are a member, if not you will be asked to enter your name, phone number and alternative contact details.

Complaining online about an online experience

Go to this section of the tell Sainsbury’s website, it will ask you whether you were shopping for groceries or Tu clothing and process of ordering you were in when you faced a problem (I’ve placed and received my online order, I’ve placed my online order but did not receive it or I haven’t placed my order). If you select I’ve placed and received my order you will be asked how your purchases were delivered (home delivery or click&collect), what date and time you received your order and what your postcode is. You will then be taken to a table that asks you to rate a number of things from 0-10. Then you will be asked what could have been improved about your experience and if there was anything you liked about your experience and if you contacted the customer care team or in-store team about your order.
