To report a lost or stolen credit card call 0800 055 66 22 immediately to speak to a specialised advisor who will cancel your card and send you a replacement. When you contact these numbers you will need to provide your name, account number and other necessary information for nationwide to correctly identify and cancel your card. Nationwide will cancel the lost card and replace within 3 working days. If there is suspicious activity on your card such as purchases or transactions you have not made contact Nationwide immediately on 0800 30 20 11 to speak to a member of the customer support team about investigating this activity.

To make a complaint through phone call you can call 0800 30 20 15 to contact Nationwide’s complaints department, you can make a complaint about the service you received at a branch, online or on the phone etc. You will need to describe your problem whilst on the phone to Nationwide’s complaints team and provide with your name, address, phone number and a date and time that you will be free for them to call you back to resolve your issue. After you have made your complaint Nationwide will aim to resolve your problem within 3 working days.
