Littlewoods offers multiple delivery options for you to choose from. If you need to speak to someone about a delivery that did not arrive or about a product you would like to return call 0800 092 3444 to speak to an advisor on the customer service team who will be able to track your package, issue you a refund or help you return the products.
Click and collect with collect+ which is free, you must order by 7 pm and delivery should be within 2 days to your local collect+ store but can take up to 10 days. To find you local store click here and enter your postcode.
Standard Delivery is free and you must order before 7 pm, your order should also be delivered within 2 days but some items may take up to 10 days for delivery, will be delivered between 7am-9pm Mon-Fri.
Next day delivery is £4.99, must be ordered by 7 pm Sunday to Friday and your order should be delivered between 7 am – 9 pm Monday to Saturday.
Nominated day delivery is £4.99 and must also be ordered by 7 pm, delivery between 7 am – 9 pm Monday – Saturday, you can book your delivery day up to 8 days in advance.
Large goods standard delivery is free and must be ordered by 11 pm, you will need to book your delivery date between 3days – 3 weeks, Monday – Saturday.
Large goods express delivery is £10 and must be ordered before 7 pm and your items will be delivered within 2 days between 7 am – 9 pm Monday – Saturday.
For returns, you have 3 options to choose from. You need to check the returns policy to make sure you will be able to return your items. To return an item you need to log in to the Littlewoods website and go to ‘my account’ and follow the instructions in the returns tab when you package your items before returning them make sure you include all items and the returns slip, try to use the packaging you received the items in.
Click and collect with collect+ which is free, the maximum weight limit is 10KG, just drop your items off at you local collect+ store.
To return your items through the post office is free the weight limit is 10KG, you can return heavier items but a charge will incur.
Home collection is also free, large goods only, you will be asked to select a specific date but not a time slot that you will be available for collection.
